So, which IRA solution is right for you? That's where we come in. Our expertise focuses on helping you choose the best IRA for your unique situation. We'll guide you through the process of rolling over your old retirement account, establishing a new IRA or creating an IRA retirement plan for your company. To find out more about each type of IRA and the investment options offered by BTA Group, simply click on the appropriate tab on our website.
If you already know the type of IRA you want to establish, you can open an BTA Group account online within minutes. Or, you can call our highly-trained, live IRA Customer Service Representatives. They are available 7 days a week to explain your investment options, answer your questions and help establish your new IRA account.
To enroll online in either an individual plan or an employer plan, simply click on the "Enroll Now" button. Then click on the type of account you want to open. For individual accounts, the website will take you through a process that includes naming beneficiaries and selecting investments. Prior to beginning, please have the addresses and the social security numbers (or tax identification numbers) of your beneficiaries available (if they are unavailable, you can enter "999999999" — 9 nines). An employer will need the legal address and tax identification number of the sponsoring company.
Following the application process, you will be prompted to enter the eSignature room to sign the IRA account-opening document. You need not sign the document at that time. The link to the eSignature room will be sent to the email address you used when setting up the account for signing at a later date.
Please note that you cannot contribute directly to SIMPLE IRAs, but a SIMPLE IRA from your current or another employer can be directly transferred into your BTA Group SIMPLE IRA.
Also note that employees signing up for a SIMPLE or SEP account previously established by their employer will need the employer code. This code is provided to employers when they sign-up to create a plan account.
